Our Process

    Complete our online questionnaire to introduce us to your project, your goals, and your vision. This information helps our team prepare for your consultation and make the most of our time together.

    CONSULTATION: Meet with our design team at your property to discuss your goals, evaluate existing site conditions, and explore the possibilities for your landscape. Together, we'll establish a clear vision and determine the best path forward for your project.

    After your consultation, we'll send you a Design Agreement outlining the scope of work, project deliverables, design process, timeline, and fees. Once the agreement is signed and the design fee is received, our team will begin bringing your vision to life.

    Our design process typically takes 3–6 weeks, depending on the project's scope. Once the initial design is complete, we'll welcome you to our Design Studio to present the concept, walk you through every detail, answer your questions, and get your first feedback.

    After your design presentation, you'll have up to three weeks to review the concepts and provide your feedback. We encourage you to take time to thoughtfully consider the design, discuss it with your household, and compile any questions or revision requests. Once we've received your feedback, our team will thoughtfully refine the design, incorporating the agreed-upon adjustments before preparing the final plan.

    With your final design approved, we'll prepare a comprehensive installation proposal, including a detailed scope of work and project investment. Should you wish to complete the landscape over multiple phases, we'll develop a thoughtful implementation strategy that allows the project to unfold over time without compromising the overall design intent.

    From site preparation to the final planting, we oversee every aspect of landscape construction. Our services include drainage, grading, retaining walls, masonry, outdoor structures, irrigation, lighting, driveways, swimming pools, and complete landscape installation. By managing every phase under one roof, we ensure a cohesive vision, exceptional craftsmanship, and a seamless experience from beginning to final walkthrough.

    Once your project is complete, it's time to enjoy your new outdoor space. To help it thrive for years to come, we offer professional landscape maintenance services tailored to the unique needs of your garden. From seasonal care and pruning to irrigation monitoring and plant health, our team will help your landscape continue to mature beautifully over time.

Design Fees

Full Landscape Master Plan design fees typically range from $2,500 to $12,000, with most comprehensive residential projects falling around $7,000. Larger or more complex projects, such as new construction, swimming pools, extensive hardscape, or full-property planning—may require a higher design investment.
Because every property and project is different, we determine the design fee once we understand the full scope of work.
